May the Light of Hannukah draw our hearts!

Prayer Focus week 28 (Sunday-Shabbat)

Last week, we reviewed the miracle God performed 2000 years ago when the Temple was re-dedicated and one vial of oil did not last one day but eight! This week, as we continue lighting the Hannukah candles, let us keep our hearts tender to His drawing us to His light. (Jesus said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life,” John 8:12b, NIV.)

Verse to memorize:  How are we coming with memorizing Psalm 91? As we have discussed, we are in God’s bootcamp. He is developing our spiritual muscles as precarious times are looming ahead. When we have His Word hidden within our hearts, we are able to withstand the assaults of the enemy.
o    Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.
I will say of the LORD, “He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust (Psalm 91:1-2, NIV)
o    Surely he will save you from the fowler’s snare and from the deadly pestilence.
He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; (Psalm 91:3-4, NIV)
o    You will not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day, nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, nor the plague that destroys at midday.(Psalm 91:5-6, NIV)
Prayer:we blessed to be allowed to intercede for the needs. Some answers come within a few days, others may take weeks or months. Regardless of what we see with our natural eyes, HE is working. We need to continue to be faithful inintercession!

I have worked on this issue for three years, trying to beat the clock. I have not been able to find the right attorney. Now, the D.A. is deciding if this is a civil case, or bad enough to be a criminal case. Meanwhile, it is the start of the rainy season here.
